This beautiful historic villa , built 1843 is located in the center of Baden.
The villa is situated about a 5-minute walk to Josefsplatz, next to the Rosarium and Doblhoffpark, 500 m to the lido with the largest open-air sandy beach in Austria and to the famous Roman baths. There is a fitness center and a hammam 150 meters away. The city theater and the casino can be reached in less than 10 minutes on foot.
With the Badner Bahn at Josefsplatz you can quickly reach the center of Vienna.
By car you reach Vienna in about 25 minutes.

This outstanding villa, built in the 19th century, was extensively revitalized in 2014/2015. A special focus was given to the faithful restoration of architecturally valuable elements (plastering, columns). The impressive building was completely refurbished apart from the foundation walls and parts of the roof framework. 

The ground floor opens to a large living room with open fireplace, a conservatory which is openly connected with the living room, the kitchen, a bright dining room with large window and a door, leading out to the summer terrace, a guest apartment (living room, bedroom, bath with toilet), a room which is ideal as a representative office space and has an own separate entrance – which could be used to receive business partners, a further room, two further baths and a wardrobe.
