41km to Salzburg, the little village of Strobl lies on 542m above sealevel, at the most southern banks of the enchanted “Wolfgangsee”. The house itself has got only one direct neighbour and despite of its vicinity to lake and village square, it offers heavenly peace and quiet !

The villa was errected in 1997 and shows the famous Biedermeier style with generosity – where ever useful, like kitchen, living area, or garden ….- and coziness where ever desirable, like in those 9 sleeping rooms.
